NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
BY DEVORE WATER COMPANY

Notice is hereby given that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on the 8th of June 2010, an assessment of Fifty dollars ($50.00) per share was levied upon the shares of the Corporation, payable the 1st day of June 2010, to the Secretary of the office of the Devore Water Company, in the County of San Bernardino.  Any shares upon which the assessment remains unpaid on the 30th day of August 2010, will be delinquent and a five percent (5%) penalty added.  Unless payment is made prior to delinquency, the said shares, or as many of them as may be necessary, will be sold at auction at the office of Devore Water Company at 18185 Kenwood Ave., Devore, California, Saturday, the 30nd of October 2010, at 10:00 a.m. of such day, to pay the delinquent assessment, together with the penalty of five (5%0 of the amount of the assessment of such shares, or be forfeited to the Corporation.  NO FURTHER NOTICE WILL BE SENT
